In the Phoenix Lake Industrial Park, Chongqing Yongchuan District, new plant will be officially put into operation in 2012, covers an area of 100 acres. The new plant will increase its employees significantly to over 1, 000.
The company possesses advanced production equipment, Improved the inspection means, modern management system and superior production environment. There are more than 20 sets hobbing machine, 10 sets broaching machine, 30 sets digit control machining machine and other exclusive equipment, such as shot-blasting machine, drilling machine, high-frequency heat treatment machine, tempering furnace and so forth. All of the equipment and our professional technics ensure the good quality and duration usage of our sprocket. Through forging, hobbing, high-precision machining and heat treatment quenching, the sprocket can show its best appearance and long time working life. The sprocket can ensure more than 35000 kilometer that saves your time and trouble when you use motorcycle.
On the other hand, C45 high carbon steel and 20CrMnTi material with forging technics are used for producing rear and front sprocket respectively which also can guarantee its long term usage and safety.
